Praise God!!!!

"Blessed be the Lord! For he has heard the voice of my pleas for mercy. The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him." Psalm 28:6-7

It's so nice to look out the front door and see both of our cars!! It has been a month since our cars got stolen and I finally got my car back on Memorial Day!! After $9,500 worth of damages- it looks better than it has in a long time!! Complete new front bumper and hood, lucky for me it got a great detailing too. They took everything the kids have done to the car out!! No more sticky places or stains on the seats or crumbs in tiny nooks and crannys! It looks great!! Thank you John and Meredy for letting us borrow the Tahoe!! You guys are angels and we feel blessed to be your friends!! Thanks again to all our friends and family who have prayed for us!!! I don't think we could have made it through all of this without your prayers! Your words of encouragement have meant the world to us- THANK YOU!! God is so good!! We give Him all the glory. He has taken such great care of us and we are thankful for every blessing that came out of this. God is so awesome He can take something bad like this and turn it around for good!! We love Him and we are honored to serve Him in the area He has called us to!

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for good, not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11

Will graduated from Kindergarten last night!! I can't believe he is not in K5. It seems like just the other day was his first day of "big" school. I think I was more nervous than he was!! Would he make friends? Would his teacher love him? Can he do this without me? (He has always been at my school with me). Yes, yes, yes! Clint took him to Restoration Academy with him and he had a fantastic year!! He had the BEST Kindergarten teacher, Miss Rose, and he passed with flying colors!! I am the proudest mommy in the whole world! God has been good to us this year. Precious memories were made and I am so glad that we experienced Restoration Academy. I no longer have a kindergartener but a first grader!!! Thanks Nana, Granny and Granddaddy for sharing this special night with us!

Happy Mother's Day!!

"Strength and honour are her clothing... Her children rise up and call her blessed." Proverbs 31:25,28

Heavenly Father, Thank you so much for blessing me with Will and Francie. They are truly a testimony of your goodness and love for me. Life would not be the same without them. Thank you also for giving me a wonderful godly mother to look up to. You are amazing!!

This year Mother's Day was extra special because my niece, Mary, was dedicated today!!

Kenny D, Will, and Francie a few of bright spots in the craziness of Cvacho World! Thanks Kendall for staying with us the kids and I had a blast!

I thought I would have been better about updating this blog, but it has been a wild couple of weeks. First, to let you know we had a break in on Wednesday, April 23rd. It happened during the day while we were at school. They jumped our privacy fence, knocked down the back door and got all of our DVD's (around 55) and they got Will's playstation and all the games (about 10). Oh yeah they also got our spare car keys. So, on Monday, April 28th we woke up to no cars at our house. They came back to get both cars. It's almost too wild to even believe! I thought we had been punked! I kept looking out back like someone had hidden the cars somewhere!

Thankfully we have gotten both the cars back! Clint's had around $2,200 damage mine had around $7,000 damage. They are in the shop for I don't know how long! It has been such an emotional experience. Thank you all our friends and family for your encouraging phonecalls and your prayers! We feel so grateful that God has protected our family. They could have stolen a lot more than they did so we are happy about that too! Please keep us in your prayers we could use it!
